Our 100th Posting

We laid out this blog on April 1, 2012, and after some serious thinking about formatting and content, formally launched it on August 7, 2012 with "Check-fil-A Coming to Your Federal Tax Return."  As you scroll down the left handed side of this blog, you will see our most popular postings.

Now this posting represents our 100th Article since August 7, 2012.  Putting it differently, in 76 days we have posted 100 articles.  We do moderate comments.  Comments complimentary or critical of our views are posted, flamers and personal attacks will never see the light of day here. Sorry, I simply do not have the time to play the role of Kindergarten teacher.

Remember, this is not a "news site" and we are not journalists.  This is an opinion blog, created in an attempt to level the playing field and express the Republican message, which has been severely distorted this election cycle.

I remain a novice at this blogging thing.  Tasks I now find easy, like posting videos or photographs, took forever in "the early days." The number of hits and page views have been steadily increasing and several sites have linked this newbie to theirs, which is pretty flattering for a new venture slightly more than two months old.  Some postings and comment moderation is now done through my trusty I-Phone while on the METRA, or while sitting in a hallway waiting to go to trial or have a motion heard.

To celebrate our 100th posting we feature the "Big Numbers Song" which coincidentally goes all the way up to ONE TRILLION!

This is an extremely catchy educational numbers song for children written and performed by A.J. Jenkins for KidsTV123. We should really have A.J. perform this song (and others on that website) to our Illinois General Assembly and Federal Government. A.J. sings from 0 to 100 and then from 100 to a trillion!

  1. Congrats! Keep up the good work.

  2. Congratulations on the big 100! :)

  3. Louis, your blog has come a long way since its inception and you have written some very good articles. I just have one quick question for you, though. How come the debt clock is going down on your blog but still going up on mine?

(Ha-Ha...........made you look! But with a Republican back in the WH it just might alter its course!)
